Notes:

  1. A provisional reservation made more than one week before arrival will be held for seven days - and will not be confirmed until we contact you and receive a 50% deposit.

  2. Reservations made less than one week before arrival must be paid in full when we confirm availability.

  3. Please do not send a deposit until we have contacted you and confirmed availability, prices etc.

  5. Provisional bookings more than one week in advance will be held for seven days and will only be confirmed on receipt & clearance of a 50% deposit.

  6. Payment in full is required for bookings made less than one week before arrival
