Outside the house is approached from the road through a wooden gate along a path through the front garden which is laid to lawn with shrubs in the borders.

The rear garden is accessed from the kitchen and has a further rear pedestrian access to an adjacent road.

There is a garden shed, lawn, path and small patio with table and chairs and a barbeque.
