The Coach House in Stow-cum-Quy is just a stone’s throw from Cambridge city, Newmarket (home of Horse Racing), the Science Park, the A14, M11 and A11.

The Coach House is a great alternative to a hotel or a single-room B&B. It was newly built in 2006 to the highest standards with rustic charm and everything you need for an extremely comfortable home-from-home stay. With it’s brick floored open plan living room and kitchen overlooked by the galleried bedroom, it provides spacious accommodation but also has a cosy intimate feel for those travelling alone. Surrounded on two sides by open countryside, you will be guaranteed a private and tranquil place to stay.

Breakfast Menu

Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, jam and a range of cereals are provided within the Coach House. Please help yourself.

For those booked into the Coach House on a B&B basis, a prepared breakfast will be delivered to your door at a time of your choosing between 7.30am and 10.30am.

  1. Full English Breakfast. Smoked back bacon, Poached Eggs, Mushrooms, Newmarket sausages, Hash Browns, Baked beans, Fried tomatoes.
  2. Mediterranean toasted bread. 4 slices of garlicky Italian country-style bread. 2 topped with mushrooms, blue cheese, olive oil and pepper, 2 topped with finely chopped tomato, parma ham and olive oil. Served with fresh salad. A very tasty, filling and healthy breakfast alternative.
  3. Fruit Salad. Fresh selection of chopped apples, bananas, grapes, melon, berries and kiwi fruit topped with natural Greek yogurt, nuts and seeds.

All choices are served with a glass of fresh juice
